Disable computers
• When you decide it's time to disable a computer, you tell the Agent to lockdown the computer. Once locked the computer can only be unlocked with a password that you control. The customer cannot reload Windows, use Windows, reboot in Safe mode etc.; they are totally locked out. All the customer has access to is the lockdown screen that tells them they need to contact your store to get the password to unlock it.
